This release focuses on stability and reliability improvements, resolving crashes, faster video uploads, improved print quality, and several fixes to event management and camera behavior.

Event Management

• Resolved an issue where copying an event would create a duplicate with the same name — copied events now automatically include "Copy" in the name to avoid confusion
• New events now have filters turned off by default for a cleaner starting experience
• Resolved an issue where Firebase events would not appear after restoring data to a new device until logging in again

Camera & Capture

• Improved camera focus behavior during Boomerang and video sessions for more consistent results
• Resolved a crash that could occur when starting a Boomerang session on certain devices due to an unsupported camera setting
• Fixed an issue where animated overlays in videos could play back at the wrong speed — overlays are now composited at the correct 1x rate

Printing

• Significantly improved print speed with AirPrint printers such as the Canon Selphy — photos now print much faster by avoiding unnecessary image re-encoding
• Improved print image quality by optimizing the compression level used when sending images to the printer

Video Upload

• Resolved an issue causing videos to take an unusually long time to upload to Fotoshare — uploads are now significantly faster and more reliable

Audio

• Fixed an issue on iPhones where soundtrack audio would play back at very low volume or not at all during Boomerang playback on the sharing screen

Session Settings

• Fixed an issue where the Randomize option in the before-capture list was not working when using the default style

Device & Subscription

• Resolved an issue where cloning or restoring an iPad could cause the new device to inherit the original device's ID, leading to subscription validation errors
• Fixed a subscription validation error caused by an incorrectly formatted device identifier

Stability

• Resolved a crash that could occur when a Boomerang or video session was interrupted just before completing
• Resolved a crash that could occur during video export in certain edge cases
