This release brings full multi-language support to LumaBooth, along with meaningful improvements to live view reliability, sharing and uploading, digital props printing, and several fixes that make day-to-day event operation smoother and more dependable.

Localization

• Added support for French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish throughout the entire app — including settings, guest-facing screens, alerts, and menus
• Added an in-app language selector so you can change the display language without changing your device's system language
• Improved button and label layouts across all languages to ensure text fits correctly and nothing is cut off
• Resolved several strings that were not translating correctly in German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish

Navigation & Layout

• Updated the menu design for iPhone and iPad to accommodate longer text in non-English languages, preventing layout issues when rotating the device
• Fixed a bug where the menu size would shift dramatically when rotating between portrait and landscape orientations
• Improved spacing and alignment throughout settings screens for a cleaner, more consistent look across all supported languages

Live View

• Resolved an issue where the welcome screen live preview would freeze after a guest rejected the disclaimer
• Fixed an issue where the live view could appear darker or with incorrect colors compared to the capture preview
• Fixed a bug where camera exposure could become stuck in an over-exposed state during boomerang sessions

Sharing & Uploads

• Improved upload reliability — LumaBooth now automatically signs you out and prompts you to sign back in if your password has been changed, preventing silent upload failures
• Updated the Sharing Status screen to show stats broken down by individual event as well as across all events, with a clearer layout
• Fixed a timeout error some users encountered when signing in and validating their subscription on fresh installs
• Redesigned the email, SMS, and Instagram sharing screens for a better experience on both iPhone and iPad in portrait and landscape

Printing & Digital Props

• Fixed an issue where digital props (stickers and signatures) were not appearing on printed photos when using a 2×6 strip template

Boomerang & Video

• Fixed an issue where pre-roll and post-roll videos would play without sound during boomerang sessions
• Improved reliability of boomerang recording to prevent sessions from stopping early at high quality settings

Filters & Effects

• Resolved an issue where selecting the "Original" filter option was incorrectly applying a different filter instead

Subscription & Account

• Added a clearer notice informing users on a trial subscription that photos and videos captured before purchasing a subscription will retain a watermark
• Improved Apple subscription restore so that subscriptions can be verified through LumaBooth's servers, reducing issues when signing in with a different Apple ID

General Improvements

• Fixed a white border appearing along the bottom and right edges of the welcome screen when live view was enabled
• Fixed QR code sharing screen showing a black background when the device was in Dark Mode
• Improved compatibility with Xcode 14.3 and iOS 16.4
