This release brings a dramatically improved Welcome Screen Editor, a collection of stability fixes, and a series of quality-of-life improvements across event management, sharing, printing, and localization — making LumaBooth more polished and dependable for every event.

Welcome Screen Editor

• Improved the Welcome Screen Editor with a fully redesigned interface, allowing you to upload custom buttons, reposition individual elements, add graphics anywhere on the screen, and edit text by double-tapping directly on the canvas
• Themes now fill the background correctly in both portrait and landscape orientations without stretching
• Camera buttons, browse button, and other elements now scale and align properly across all device sizes including iPhone Mini, iPad, and Mac
• Custom background images now maintain their aspect ratio when added or when the device rotates
• Live camera preview is now available inside the Welcome Screen Editor so you can see exactly how your start screen will look
• Added an Arrange button to automatically align camera buttons in the correct order based on your booth mode settings
• Resizing images or buttons now maintains aspect ratio automatically to prevent distortion
• Large images are now resized before import to reduce memory usage and improve performance
• The editor canvas now adapts correctly to the device's screen size and orientation, including full-screen mode on Mac

Event Management

• Added an Edit button to the Saved Events screen so it is easier to access and modify event settings
• Resolved an issue where deleting an active event on one device could silently switch the event on another device — users are now notified with a clear prompt when a remote deletion occurs
• Resolved a crash that occurred when copying an event
• Fixed an issue where event settings could unexpectedly change during a live event due to background synchronization
• Pending uploads and shares are now shown as a badge on the LumaBooth app icon, and a notification is displayed if the app is closed with items still pending

Printing

• Increased the maximum number of prints per session beyond the previous limit of 10, giving operators more flexibility at busy events
• Resolved a crash that occurred when repeatedly opening the print copies selector in settings

Sharing & Email

• The email keyboard now appears automatically when entering an email address on the sharing screen, making it faster and easier to type
• Resolved an issue where WhatsApp shares could be cut short if the message contained special characters
• Resolved an issue where invalid email addresses were not being flagged correctly, preventing unnecessary retry attempts
• Improved the layout of the sharing status screen on iPhone, fixing text cropping and alignment issues

Green Screen & AI Backgrounds

• Resolved a crash that occurred when opening Green Screen settings if the previously used background images were no longer available on the device

Camera & Video

• Resolved an issue where the iPad front camera stopped working after a recent update
• Resolved an issue where 360/Boomerang videos started with a dark screen when the countdown was set to zero
• Fixed an issue where the Nikon D810 could trigger the shutter multiple times when attempting to take a single photo
• Resolved an occasional app freeze that occurred during photo session processing

Localization & Translations

• Fixed several missing translations across multiple languages, including labels for the browse button, background settings, start screen video, and the delete action in the image and text panel
• Corrected the French translation for the Disclaimer screen title to use the standard "Protection des données" phrasing
• Added a customizable Disclaimer title field so operators can use the heading that suits their region or workflow
• Fixed translation keys that were present in localization files but not applying correctly in the app

Stability & UI Polish

• Resolved a long-standing crash related to presenting modal screens, which could occur in various parts of the app
• Fixed the Launch Event button being inaccessible on iPhone when the keyboard was open during event creation — pressing Return now dismisses the keyboard
• Fixed a crash in the Green Screen view when the selected background index was out of range after changing settings
• Fixed several popup and modal dialogs across the app where borders were clipping or content was misaligned, including the delete event, rename event, disclaimer, and survey popups
• Fixed an issue where the app crashed immediately on launch on macOS 15 in certain camera configurations
• Made the retake/delete confirmation popup more prominent and clearly labeled to reduce accidental session deletions
• Improved the Virtual Attendant button so its text is vertically centered
• Removed the outdated WPS Pro printer option; the AirPrint description now also mentions print server support and corrects a spelling error
• Resolved an upload error affecting some users caused by an incorrect HTTP method being sent to file storage
• Improved cloud logging reliability on Mac Catalyst
• Device information (app version, device model, processor, OS version, available storage) is now reported during subscription validation to help with diagnostics and support
