This release strengthens LumaBooth's security and reliability, introduces deeper iOS Guided Access integration for kiosk deployments, and delivers a range of camera, printing, and interface improvements based on customer feedback.

Security & Lock Screen

• Added iOS Guided Access integration with the lock button, providing a guided setup flow to help operators securely lock down the app at events
• Improved PIN code security with a 3-second delay after each incorrect attempt and a lockout after 5 failed tries, preventing rapid guessing
• Increased the maximum PIN code length to 10 digits for stronger access control
• Resolved an issue where settings were incorrectly saved when pressing the lock button without entering the settings screens
• The app now hides the number of PIN digits during unlock, preventing guests from guessing the code length

Event & Session Management

• The app now reopens the last active event in a locked state after a restart or crash, allowing events to resume seamlessly without exposing settings to guests
• Resolved an issue where the app could freeze on the welcome screen between sessions
• Improved compatibility when opening events created in dslrBooth or fotoShare Cloud, preventing crashes caused by unexpected or newer settings formats

Cloud & Connectivity

• Fixed an issue where saving event settings to Firebase could delete configuration data set by other apps sharing the same account, such as dslrBooth or the fotoshare.co web editor
• Resolved an issue where a changed fotoshare Cloud password would cause the app to repeatedly retry login requests, triggering an account lockout
• Updated the login and account API calls for improved compatibility with the latest fotoshare Cloud backend

Camera & Capture

• Added a live view preview in the camera setup screen so operators can see and apply rotation settings in real time before starting a session
• Resolved an issue where an erroneous "RAW only" error message appeared when shooting with dual memory cards (JPG on one card, RAW on another), even though the image was captured correctly
• Filter selection now displays the full preview image correctly when the device is in portrait orientation and the captured photo is landscape, eliminating the zoomed and blurry appearance

Printing

• Improved AirPrint multi-copy printing compatibility to prevent printers from hanging when additional copies are requested
• Updated print limit messages to clearly communicate when the per-image copy limit has been reached, rather than showing a generic error

Video & Overlays

• Updated the 360/Slo-mo mode icon and labels to better reflect the available video capture options
• Fixed an issue where the note text in a custom animated overlay did not update correctly when the device orientation or video side changed

Interface & Design

• Aligned text, buttons, and input fields across the survey and photo info panels for a more consistent editing experience
• Fixed a visual artifact on macOS where a black line appeared at the bottom of the settings screen header
• Resolved an issue on macOS where an alert message appeared in the wrong location after cancelling out of the survey response sharing flow
• Fixed a display issue where invalid print dimensions showed incorrect values in the settings interface
• Removed Twitter from the sharing options, as it is no longer supported
