This release improves reliability across several key workflows — from session setup and countdown timing to template management, screen editor settings, and photo sharing — making your events run more smoothly from start to finish.
Event Management
- Restored the previous behavior of copying settings from your last event when creating a new one, making event setup faster and more consistent
- Resolved an issue where screen background colors set in the Screen Editor were not saved after revisiting the Saved Events screen
Session & Capture
- Fixed an issue where a custom Boomerang countdown was ignored, causing the Photo countdown duration to be used instead
- Resolved a visual glitch where the Boomerang countdown briefly flashed the photo countdown number before failing to display the countdown ring
Template Editor
- Fixed an issue where the most recently used template was missing from the template editor dropdown
- Favorited templates are now always included in the template editor dropdown, regardless of when they were last opened
- Resolved an issue where clicking a layer in the layers panel unexpectedly scrolled the design panel away from the layers list
Language & Customization
- The sharing screen Done button now correctly displays the custom text configured in Language settings
Sharing & fotoshare.co
- Resolved an issue where shares sent from dslrBooth did not appear on fotoshare.co
- Fixed an invalid URL that appeared when opening the Slideshow link from within dslrBooth
Performance
- Resolved a performance issue that caused slow app startup, event loading, and navigation when running from the Program Files folder without administrator privileges
LumaShare Integration
- The LumaShare web service list response now includes a unique Event ID and returns the User ID in lowercase hexadecimal, improving compatibility with fotoShare Cloud uploads
