Performance & Startup

• Improved application startup speed and reliability through a complete internal database upgrade — existing data is automatically migrated in the background with no action required from you
• Resolved an issue where the application could appear frozen or unresponsive at launch, as the splash screen now stays visible during the full startup process
• Improved stability and reduced memory usage when running many back-to-back sessions using the remote API
• Resolved a database locking error that could prevent shares from being queued immediately after a photo session

Camera Support

• Added support for the GoPro Hero 13 for both photo and video sessions
• Added support for additional Sony cameras, including the a6700, ZV-1, ZV-E10, ZV-E10 II, DSC-RX100M7, ILCE-7CM2, ILCE-7CR, ILCE-7RM3, and ILCE-9M3
• Fixed a crash that occurred with Canon cameras (including the R50 and R6 Mark II) when switching from a boomerang session to a video session

SMS Sharing

• Added a new built-in SMS sending option powered by dslrBooth, so you can send photo links via text message without needing a separate Twilio account
• Added a credit balance display in SMS settings so you can see your available balance at a glance and refill directly from the app
• Added a "Refill" button in the Sharing Status screen so you can top up your SMS balance without leaving the app
• Resolved an issue where successfully sent SMS messages were incorrectly shown as duplicates in the sharing status
• Resolved an issue where users in certain regions were being charged for failed SMS retry attempts that should have been blocked (Twilio error 21408)
• Improved SMS retry behavior — the app now waits 60 seconds before retrying when your balance is insufficient, reducing unnecessary server load
• Resolved an issue where the sharing status screen would unnecessarily reload every time the app regained focus, making the interface feel sluggish

Sharing & Uploads

• Redesigned the Sharing Status screen with clearer columns, file sizes, sent/pending counts per share type, and a "View" button to open successfully uploaded files on fotoShare
• Added the ability to cancel pending shares for a specific share type or across all events directly from the Sharing Status screen
• Improved email deliverability by ensuring outgoing emails are properly structured to reduce the chance of landing in spam folders
• Updated share tracking to use the latest fotoShare API for improved security and reliability
• Fixed an issue where the Details ">" indicator in Sharing Status would wrap to a second line for long video file names or email addresses

Green Screen & Background Removal

• Improved touch accuracy when resizing and repositioning images in the Green Screen and AI Background Removal settings — the resize handles are now larger and easier to grab with a finger

Survey

• Added text alignment options (left, center, right) for survey answer text elements in the print layout and screen editor
• Fixed a scrollbar that was incorrectly appearing in the multiple choice survey UI

Event Management

• Fixed an issue where template folders were not deleted when an event was deleted, which could cause cloud sync storage to fill up over time — the app now also cleans up any orphaned template folders older than six months automatically

Payments

• Fixed an issue where the cashless payment QR code would not appear for the second session after the first guest completed their payment

AI Portraits (LumaBot)

• Fixed an issue where LumaBot could not process video submissions

Performance

• Improved GPU utilization by automatically configuring dslrBooth to use high-performance graphics on systems with both integrated and discrete GPUs

Stability & General

• Improved the startup experience when dslrBooth cannot save credentials due to restricted system permissions — a clear, actionable message is now shown instead of a silent crash
• Fixed a display issue where the subscription expired dialog could appear hidden behind the splash screen
• Fixed the appearance of the high-refresh-rate display warning dialog that was not rendering correctly
